Sold Statistics by Zillow, for the City of O'Fallon

With this link, you'll go directly to Zillow's page where sold stats are tracked for the area.   This is an excellent and accurate tool,

(contrary to Zillow's "Estimate the value of your home" tool....that's way off!  Their "formulas" for estimations of value don't have the capability that humans have in comparing apples to apples.  Please don't say that you want your home's value, or any home's value compared to an apple anyway!)

There's another important fact shown on Zillow's graphs....that O'Fallon's values have not had the big tumble that national values have, and that's because the bubble wasn't as big here.  That should give buyers a bit more confidence that values are generally more stable than in other areas. 

And please stick with us here, and don't be attracted to any of the Realtors with ads on Zillow....we'll perform any of the services they offer, usually lots more, and none of them work exclusively for buyers!  But we simply don't like to spend money on these ads.
